Returns Policy
Since our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used products.
If your product is received damaged, incorrect or in an unsuitable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please share your Order ID and photos/videos of the product and packaging so that our team can check the issue.
After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Policy
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be made to the original payment method wherever applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
